The first episode of this Reality TV show started on October 22, when The Sun newspaper published a defamatory front page alleging that "Thomas Markle is under investigation in the Philippines over claims that a large stash of child abuse material was found at his home."

How this entire story came about: Thomas Markle Jr, meghan's brother, called the Sun newspaper to inform them that he had entered his father's home in his absence, searched it, and had discovered hundreds of images and videos on his computers, phones and 4 boxes of material that all constitutes child pronography.

• First 🚩: On WHAT ground and by which authority did Thomas junior enter his father's home in his absence to search it, seizing his phones and laptops as if he is the Police?🤡 Why did he conduct the search himself and did not call the police first? 🤡
And this is the part that actually raises the first flag: Thomas jnr NEVER called the police to do the INITIAL search of the home as a normal person would do in this case. He chose to enter his father's home, alone. The evidences that he claims he found, no one but him can corroborate that he actually found it there🤔

• Second🚩: Thomas jnr's first instinct was to inform the Sun newspaper, a foreign British newspaper BEFORE informing the Philippino police on site. The Sun journalists got on site BEFORE the police, took pictures, went through the "evidences", wrote and PUBLISHED a story BEFORE the police could conduct any investigation.
Therefore, BOTH the sun newspaper and thomas jnr, INVADED the Privacy of Thomas Markle home without his consent, in his absence AND in the absence of ANY law enforcement. That is a massive redflag🔥
• Third Red Flag🚩: Thomas jnr proudly posed for photos with the OPENED boxes of child pornography as if they were a trophy; in pictures that were published by the Sun and that the Sun PAID Thomas Markle for…hmmmm..

טעות אחת קטנה – ומייגן מרקל יצאה מכליה והתפוצצה מזעם
על אף שחלק מהציוד הועבר לרשויות בידי בנו של מרקל, עצם תפיסת המכשירים אינה מהווה הוכחה לכך שאביו ביצע עבירה פלילית, וממצאי הבדיקות טרם פורסמו במלואם. מצידו, תומאס מרקל האב שולל מכול וכול ומכחיש בתוקף כי החזיק בחומרים אסורים כלשהם.

בעקבות הפרסום, דווח "הסאן" כי אנשי המשמר הלאומי של מקסיקו פשטו על המחסן לאחר שקיבלו מידע מודיעיני אודות תכולתו. מדובר בזירת בדיקה נפרדת לחלוטין מזו שבפיליפינים, והרשויות בודקות כעת האם קיים קשר ישיר בין הממצאים בשתי המדינות.
הפרשה חורגת מגבולות פיליפינים ומקסיקו. לפי הדיווחים, תומאס מרקל הבן יצר קשר גם עם הבולשת הפדרלית האמריקנית, וה-FBI אישר רשמית כי הוא מודע לחשדות החמורים. בהודעה שנמסרה לרשת "סקי ניוז" הבהירה הבולשת כי תספק סיוע ככל שתידרש לרשויות בפיליפינים, ובד בבד תבחן האם בוצעו עבירות על החוק הפדרלי בתחומי ארצות הברית.
מעורבות זו צפויה להרחיב את היקף הבדיקה, בעיקר לאור העובדה שמרקל התגורר לאורך השנים במספר מדינות והחומרים החשודים אותרו לכאורה בכמה מוקדים שונים. עם זאת, נכון לשלב זה טרם פורסמה קביעה רשמית המקשרת את כלל הפריטים לאדם ספציפי או מוכיחה את ביצוען של עבירות פליליות.
עם פרסום הפרשה החריגה, שברה מייגן מרקל את שתיקתה והתייחסה בפומבי לחשדות המיוחסים לאביה, שממנו היא מנותקת כבר שנים ארוכות. בהודעה רשמית שהעבירה לכלי התקשורת הצהירה הדוכסית כי היא מזועזעת עמוקות מהמידע שנחשף, והביעה דאגה עמוקה לשלומם של ילדים העלולים היו להיפגע.
